Meaning
I am convinced that worshiping your lotus feet is the only way to obliterate all my grief.
You are the embodiment of bliss. Your virtues are extolled by Sanaka and others.  Your form resembles the dark clouds, Oh Padmanabha!
Oh, Ocean of compassion!  When the daughter of kind Drupada was insulted by Dussasana, she was rendered helpless. When she surrendered to you, at the very instant you saved her honor by giving an unending stream of garments.
Oh lord of celestials!  You are the embodiment of all auspicious qualities.  When beset with great cruelties by his father, the most pious and devoted Prahlada, did not suffer even a litter as he had unflinching devotion to your lotus feet.
Giver of prosperity! Saure!  Vanquisher of demon Mura!  even though the handful of pounded rice offered to you by poor Kucela was meager, you accepted it and made him prosperous as the king of havens.  You are the Lord of the word and the personification of awareness.
