Meaning
Oh, Lord Madhava!  You destroyed the cruel demons.  You are nonpareil!  The beauty of your face subdues the lotus flower.
Oh, Jagadiswara!  the sovereign ruler of this world!  Your form is decorated with fragrant sandal paste, and your feet are worshiped by Indra, Oh Srajanabha!
You danced sportively on the hood of the great serpent Kaliya.  You are adorned with a great many ornaments.  Your forehead shines beautifully with curly locks playing on them.
You are Parapurusha (the supreme one).  You are to the people of Gokula, what the sun is to the lotus.  You are the obliterate of the misery caused by the cycle of birth and death.  You are worshiped by the great sages like Suka and Sanaka.  You are Kesava whose dark tresses are adorned with garlands of fragrant flowers.  You are full of sentiment of compassion.  You cleanse the impure thoughts from the hearts of the good people.  ou dwell in the hearts of sages like Narada.
