Oh Lord of celestials!  The sovereign of the universe!  who has Garuda- the enemy of serpents - as his mount, the vanquisher of the demon Mura; you are adorned with a divine necklace and gem-studded ear pendants.  Oh, the supreme one! May you be victorious!
Oh, an Immaculate and peerless one! Your prowess is infinite!  Lord Madhava! please abide in my heart, Padmanabha!
You are adept at destroying the miseries of the great elephant.  Your feet are adored by Indra and other celestials.  You destroyed the king of Magadha,  You are the gem of the Yadu clan!  You dwell in the hearts of sages.  Oh, destroyer of evil.
Your beautiful teeth resemble the brilliance of jasmine buds.  Your exploits are extolled by kind Mucukunda, you are my good fortune.  Oh, the son of Nanda! You dwell on the banks of the river Yamuna.  Chanting your name dissolves the Kalidosha.  You are the embodiment of good virtues.
You danced on the hood of the serpent Kaliya.  You are attractive.  Subduer of the great burden of the mother earth.  You have a majestic appearance.  Your look is compassionate.  You remove the sins of your sincere devotees.
