Meaning
Oh Anantapadmanabha, the ultimate refuge of devotees, protect me always.
Giver of salvation! You recline on the serpent.  Abode the compassion. The beauty of your bewitching form subdues that of Cupid.  Your teeth are most lovely.
Your feet are like the red lotus.  Oh Lord of the celestials, you removed the fear of the elephant.  You help the devotees to ferry across the dreadful ocean of existence.  Your face is framed by curly locks, which resembles a swarm of bees.  You are seated on Garuda!
You grant the desired wishes of your devotees.  YOu are the consort of Mother Earth and Lakshmi.  Lord of the worlds.  Destroyer of Mura! Please drench me in your nectarine compassion, as your feet alone are my refuge.
Oh the dweller of Syanandurapura! Your nose is like the beautiful Champaka flower.  You are the progenitor of Cupid who wield the floral arrows.  Your crown is bedecked with many a lovely gem.  Your smile is bewitching.
